1. Services We Provide

ONLINE ARMOR helps local businesses manage and improve their online reputation with tools such as: Review Aggregation, AI Review Responses, Review Request Campaigns, Review Sharing, Analytics, and Automation.

2. Who Can Use the Software

To use Online Armor, you must be at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into a legal agreement, and agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, keep your login details safe, and inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our software for illegal purposes.

5. User Content

You are responsible for all content you submit through our platform. You must have the rights to any content you upload. We may monitor and remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Our platform uses AI to generate review responses. These responses are auto-generated and you are responsible for reviewing them before posting. We are not responsible for any issues arising from AI-generated content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees as listed on our pricing page. You must provide valid payment information. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change after your current billing period.

8. Ending Your Access

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraud. Your data may be deleted upon termination. We recommend exporting your data before account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Online Armor platform is owned by or licensed to Online Armor. No use is permitted without written permission.

11. No Warranties

Online Armor is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months.
